    • Open the followings ports :
      - 4360 - TCP IN/OUT - SAP B1 Web
      - 8060 - TCP IN/OUT - SAP B1 Web
      - 36015 - TCP IN/OUT - SAP HANA Communication
      - 40000 - TCP IN/OUT - SAP B1 License Communication
      - 40001 - TCP IN/OUT - SAP B1 License Naming Service

    • You can click on this message and everything works as normal except for those things that depend on the analytic application

       You can work normally

      Please contact the support via "support.sapb1@hevs.ch"


    • You will find the license server in the course "Connection Data"

      Please ask your presenter/professor or SAP Business One responsible person



    • You will find the username and password from your institution in the course "Connection Data"

      Make sure that you selected the correct company from the list

    • No companies are shown in the list, after clicking on the button "Choose Company"

    • Please try the following steps :
      - Please run the "SAP Business One Client" as Administrator on your local workstation
      - Right click on the program’s shortcut and click on "Run as administrator
      - After the software installation you should make a restart of your computer. Please restart your workstation an try to connect again
      - Make a click on the button "Refresh"  
      - In the window "Choose Company", please change the current server to the IP address with numbers with the drop-down selection (if possible) and make a click on the button "Refresh


    • If you still have this error, please check you "firewall" settings (See the section "Firewall")

    • During login into SAP Business One Client you get the following error : Internal Error (-1102) Occurred Message [131-183]

    • In the "Company Selection Screen" change the "Current Server" to Server IP number (Ex. 153.109.124.130,5000)


    • During login one of the following error messages appears :
      - On License Server Selection this error occurs: "Connection to license server failed; if license server address is invalid, correct it; if TAO NT Naming Service stopped, activate it and restart License Manager"
      - On startup, the TAO NT Naming Service returns this warning: "The TAO NT Naming Service on local Computer started and then stopped..."
      - TAO NT Naming Service is not running. To access this service,  right-click the icon "My Computer" and choose "Manage -> Services"

    • Check if you have chosen the IP address with numbers like described in problem "Internal Error (-1102) Occurred Message [131-183]"

      Control your network environment. Especially your personal firewall settings (see the section "Firewall")
